You are fully responsible for receiving your parcel at the address you provide. If you choose to redirect your order to another address, you are responsible for collecting it from that address on time.

We are not responsible for any failed delivery or missed parcel collection if you do not accept the package from the courier or fail to pick it up from the designated location.
